2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction unrelated to service quality.
  • Partial use or expiration of subscription periods.
  • User errors such as incorrect data entered during code generation.

3. Refund Request Procedure

4. Refund Processing

5. Digital Product Delivery and Returns

Since our products are digital and delivered instantly, there are no physical returns. We do not accept returns for digital QR codes, as they cannot be "returned" after delivery.
